Brazilian Cheese Bread

Here's their video!
Our recipe is mostly the same, but these guys do it better. Anyway, here's how we make Brazilian cheese bread:
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
400 g tapioca flour
1 tsp garlic powder - optional
1 tsp baking powder - optional
2 slightly beaten eggs
100 g parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt (or to taste, we use a little less)
We rarely measure anything but please do weigh out the ingredients for Brazilian cheese bread. Tapioca flour just isn't consistent when measured by volume.
Heat milk, oil, and salt.
In mixer bowl, add flour, baking powder, and garlic powder.
With mixer on, add heated ingredients and mix until elastic and cooled.
Add eggs and mix thoroughly.
Add cheese and mix thoroughly.
Form into golf ball size balls and place on parchment lined sheet or well oiled egg cup molds.
Put in oven and decrease temp to 375 F. Bake for 15 minutes. (We make the cheese balls a little larger so we bake at 375° F for 18 minutes. Your oven will vary so keep a sharp watch the first time you bake these.)
Makes 28 cheese balls, give or take.
